What the service covers
Website checks, compatible technical updates and small fixes within your plan's time allowance. Work completed and points to watch are recorded in a monthly report.
Backups
The stated frequencies depend on hosting capabilities and the access provided. Backup location, retention and restore checks are agreed in the quote. Any external storage costs are separate.
Your requests
Monthly time covers agreed small text and image changes and fixes. Unused hours do not roll over. Any extra work requires your approval of a separate quote.
What stays separate
Development or redesign, new features, writing, translation, hosting, domain names and licences. Cleaning an already compromised site and emergency work need a separate assessment.
The stated times are targets for a first response, not guaranteed resolution times. Service hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm in Kinshasa (UTC+1), excluding local public holidays. There is no 24/7 service. Your contract defines the applicable commitments.
